Pricing questions
What's the difference between a business plan and a developer plan?
Business plans are managed: Vadami designs, builds, brands, hosts, and operates the assistant for you — you don't need developers. Developer API plans are self-service: your team builds its own application and calls the Vadami voice API directly through the developer portal.
How are developer plans metered?
By voice minutes. Each session you mint reserves minutes from your monthly pool (you choose how many, up to your plan's session cap) and the session ends when the reservation does — so usage can never exceed what your plan includes. Session credentials are ephemeral and single-use.
How will billing work?
Self-service billing (Stripe checkout) for developer plans is launching shortly; nothing is charged today, and Pro quotas can be enabled by arrangement in the meantime. Business plans are invoiced per engagement after we scope your workflow together.
